Shipainter tutorial for something I like to call "Soft Pixel Shading".

I hope it's useful to some of you guys. If you make any pictures using the technique, please send them to me! I'd love to see!

Agh this is amazing! I want to try something like this (except with SAI since I don't oekaki anymore).
Is there any...uh..."artistic reasoning" behind shades = warmer, highlights = cooler? Because I saw that in another tutorial as well. I tend to just throw in random colors until I think it looks pretty so...xD

This is a wonderful tutorial because you don't write paragraphs about a frame, and you keep your words efficient. I love this
